Michael Cazares is a professional photographer and photo editor with extensive experience in performing arts and sporting events. He is effective in creating and enhancing compelling imagery with tight time constraints. Michael is also the Director of Communication for a private K-8 school in California where he is responsible for the school branding, advertising, and social media.  

Prior to starting his own Photography business, Michael studied music and is an accomplished pianist, percussionist, composer, and music arranger. He also has a background in lighting, set and sound design for live theater. 

In addition to his artistic background, Michael is an IT consultant / Manager for ten years providing a balance of business practices to his creative abilities.

Being a performer for over 25 years, he approaches all disciplines with a performer’s mindset. He wants to capture the emotion within the moment the photo is taken. Whether it’s a family portrait, senior portrait, headshot session, a sporting event, or a corporate event; he strives to make the subject jump off the page.
